Black History Month: Aretha Franklin

Today, we at the Passions salute Miss Aretha Franklin.

No one has ever had a voice nor the depth of soul Miss Franklin brought to her work.  In fact, no one ever came close to defying the vocal talents of Miss Franklin.

We wish all the very best through her health challenges and we here at the Passions certainly do not blame her for wanting Halle Berry to play her in her bio pic.  Not at all.
