Hump Day: SPRING BREAK
Okay so The Passions is on Spring Break this week. Yes I’m grown, but I get Spring Break too. Why shouldn’t you? So in honor of the occassion – I HAD to post something to celebrate that middle of the season holiday where we let our hair down in preparation for the latter half of the semester looking onward for the heat of Summer. So enjoy the splendor of this tender, succulent symbol of the break of Spring. Isn’t she lovely? Isn’t she wonderful?
So, since Beyonce and Lady Gaga’s latest video has been released amid a cloud of controversy (see below – Monday Music Muse-Monday, March 15th) – I figured Beyonce would be an appropriate topic for Thirsty Thursday. Why not? Girl on Girl innuendo? I think its more than appropriate.
In this photo, check out Sanaa’s swagger as she pushes up on B. I don’t know about you, but I think Beyonce might be feeling what Sanaa is saying. Could it be one of those hard to refuse offers? What do you think?

Passions-Fashions
If you know me personally, you’ll know that I’m no slave to fashion .
However, I do have some taste. And I like what I like. So, if I happen to spot something post worthy, I’ll share it here.
And since many agree that Amber Rose is a swag hag – I thought her latest high fashion spread in In Tandem Magazine was definitely worthy of a good airing out here. I don’t think she’s an insult to Grace at all – and paying homage to our own original Gender-Bending Diva is alright with me. Swag on, baby.
Talk about same-sex innuendo.
If you haven’t seen it already, Lady Gaga and B’s new vid Telephone is TOO many things. Chock full of lesbian/gender-bending images, the whole women’s prison context, Goth/BDSM hints, freaky fierce fashion, the femme-fatale enigma, gang signs, juicy B titty shots, some MJ moves, product placement, autotune, some Thelma & Louise energy, a pussy wagon – it goes on. In fact, it is SO many things – a lot of it I can’t figure out. But honestly, if Gaga has a jones for HONEY B, she doesn’t hide it. Shoot….what red blooded female wouldn’t look at Beyonce with the sexy side-eye – even the straighteststraight girl. Love her or hate her, Beyonce is definitely girl crush material and Lady Gaga makes her point here. Beyonce looks positively edible as always – at least i think she does (especially when she rocks that black lipstick, yo). And if this is all for show to boost their relevance – I vote YES, it’s working!

I’m not going to sit here and lie to you. Stacey Dash is argueably (next to Damita Jo) going to be one of my Favorite Fine & Fab @ Forty chicks. Yep. Because she is beyond gorgeous AND she is in her mid-forties AND because she is from the Bronx. The BX is a proverbial factory of beauty – what can I say?
Her claim to fame is her role in Clueless where at 29 she portrayed a 16 year old. She’s starred in a myriad of film and tv productions from The Cosby Show, The Fresh Prince, Mo’ Money and Renaissance Man and others. I guess being related to Damon Dash hasn’t necessarily hurt or helped her career and it is said that she is from “African-American, West Indian and Aztec descent.” It doesn’t matter – with that creamy caramel skin and those crystal green eyes, she can be anything, do anything she wants – especially if its HOT as all the images I’ve found (I’ll show the cakes but I’ve found some full frontals that would make your eyeballs ejac. Sorry – not suitable for posting). A mother of two and currently in the process of divorcing her third husband, Stacey is about to embark on her own reality show on VH1 – about her life as a newly single divorcee. Think she’ll consider same sex dating? Check out the invite below where she made a guest appearance at a Girl party a few years ago. Admittedly she’s not kicking up my gaydar but I love a woman-friendly-woman. Don’t you?

It’s no secret that Lust Noir LOVES the ladies. But one thing I really love about a woman is swagger. Yeah, it’s been coming up in my posts lately because a woman with an ‘edge’ turns my head every time. Sanaa is just that. She keeps it sexy. But the swagger is ever present. She’s been seen with some of the most beautiful women in Hollyweird – and I doubt if that is a coincidence. And I absolutely love it.
